Toby Keith’s Hometown To Pay Tribute To The Country Music Legend With 4th of July Fireworks Display Set To His Music

Toby Keith and the 4th of July, is there a better combination? The country music legend was well known for his support of the United States military and his patriotic country songs, including hits like "Courtesy of the Red, White & Blue," "American Soldier," and "Made In America." In fact, his daughter Krystal recently said that Independence Day might be the hardest holiday for the family since his passing because it was one that meant so much to Toby: "I'm expecting Fourth of July to just be the hardest one to take... That's a time that we've always spent with him: We typically are at our lake house or the golf club, and that's a really big holiday for him." There's no doubt that Toby's music will be on repeat at many 4th of July celebrations and backyard BBQs tomorrow. But his hometown in Oklahoma has a special tribute to the Big Dog Daddy planned for their festivities. Moore, Oklahoma will host their annual Moore's Celebration In the Heartland tomorrow, and as part of the celebration, they'll pay special tribute to Toby Keith with a fireworks display set to his music. Now, Toby was actually born in the city of Clinton, OK, but moved to Moore while he was still young where he grew up on a farm and played defensive end on the Moore High School football team.
