Talking about his disease in a 2016 video, MrBeast said that he isn’t very open about his condition as he believes “there are worse things than Crohn’s out there.” He also states this is the reason why he becomes “hesitant” to share anything about his illness.

As per Distractify’s report, MrBeast was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease when he was in ninth standard. The disease, which affects the digestive tract, led to the YouTuber being sick for days before his diagnosis, as per the outlet.

MrBeast also talked about how he has to alter his diet due to the disease. The YouTube sensation revealed his diet is restricted to “certain foods every single week of every single year.” Further, he asserted that his diet mostly comprises foods that are “repetitive” so that his “stomach doesn’t get all messed up” and he is not hit with unbearable pain every minute. He continues, “It’s a small, strict diet — or at least mine is. It’s different for everyone.”

Moreover, according to Fox 8, MrBeast also suffered from astigmatism. In an X (formerly Twitter) post, he confessed, “I got my eyes checked and apparently have a bad stigmatism. Started wearing contacts recently and wow. My eyesight is 3x better.”
