Jeopardy! viewers were left speechless when they realized champion Isaac Hirsch has a history of competing on game shows.

The customer support worker claimed victory on Thursday's episode after going up against Josh Martin and Christine Roberts. While Isaac fell behind before the first commercial break, he managed to claw everything back and came out on top with a final score of $28,801. Josh came in second with $15,199 and Christine came in third with $4,400.

Isaac became the two-day champion with a total score of $47,986, breaking the recent streak of only one-day winners. However, that's not what had fans talking as many were shocked when they noticed Isaac had previously competed on The Chase .

Sharing the revelation on Reddit, one viewer wrote: "Strong showing by Isaac. Not sure if anyone else pointed this out already, but I just realized that he was on The Chase against Buzzy last year."

Another shocked fan replied: "Omg I knew he looked familiar!!" When Isaac appeared on The Chase, he managed to defeat Tournament of Champions winner Buzzy Cohen.

Buzzy competed as a Chaser on the show and went up against Isaac in season three. Isaac and his teammates John Lance and Allison Johnson managed to defeat Buzzy, winning a grand total of $140,000.

And they're not the only shows Isaac has appeared on. He also competed on Who Wants to be a Millionaire back in 2017. He answered seven questions correctly on the show, but walked away with just $5,000 after being incorrect on the $20,000 question.

During the latest episode of Jeopardy!, host Ken Jennings admitted he was impressed with Isaac's huge winnings. "Wow, pretty good payday," he said as Isaac smiled with pride.

Viewers were also very encouraging, with one person writing on social media: "Yass! And he had another great anecdote. Keep going. Go for five!" Another said: "I won't mind if Isaac sticks around for a while. He's a very smart, fun guy. A strong showing by Isaac."
