    News of public record: Tuscarawas County restaurant inspections

    The following are restaurant inspections with critical violations, as conducted by the Tuscarawas County Health Department from June 24 to 28.

    June 24

    Wendy's, 11031 Fair Oaks Road, Bolivar. Cheddar cheese was being held at 53 F on the frying station.

    Sleep Inn, 11155 Ohio 212 NE Bolivar. The waffle batter was 55 F, and not being held at the proper temperature.

    June 25

    Vaughan's Pub, 10983 Ohio 212 NE, Bolivar. The quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution is at the incorrect temperature and low concentration at the bar.

    Zifaro's Pizza, 427 N. Dawson St., Uhrichsville. Bowls and utensils were stored in the hand-washing sink. A trash can was blocking the hand-washing sink. Salad dressing was stored beyond the seven-day date mark.

    June 28

    Camp Buckeye, 10055 NW Camp Road, Beach City. Refrigerated, ready-to-eat foods (pizza and chicken nuggets) not properly date-marked.

    Jerry's #79, 107 W. McCauley Drive, Uhrichsville. Raw eggs were stored above raw beef hamburger patties. Eggs that had been hard boiled by the facility and deli ham had no date marking.
