Season 2 of Jinny’s Kitchen features cast members Lee Seo-Jin, Jung Yu-Mi, Park Seo-Joon, Choi Woo-Shik and Go Min-Si. In the first episode, the team decided on their menu, which included dishes Kkori Gomtang (Korean Oxtail soup), Beef Galbi-jjim (braised beef short ribs stew), and Dalsot (stone pot) Bibimbap. They practiced the dishes before heading to Iceland.

Jinny’s Kitchen season 2: What are the dishes on the menu?

In the premiere episode of Jinny’s Kitchen Season 2, the cast decided the menu they will serve their customers in Iceland. Since Lee Seo-Jin already knew how to make Kkori Gomtang (Korean Oxtail soup), they decided that the owner would have to enter the kitchen this time. He fell in love with the dish a decade ago when he was in Jeong-Seon. On the advice of production and fellow cast members, the Jinny’s Kitchen owner finalized the dishes on their first menu. Check out the recipe for Kkori Gomtang here.

The Jinny’s Kitchen Season 2 cast decided that Beef Galbi-jjim (braised beef short ribs stew) would be the perfect match with Kkori Gomtang. They realized that this dish would be a warm choice for residents sustaining the cold weather in Iceland. Beef Galbi-jjim was the second dish on the menu, with fried vegetables to pair. Meanwhile, viewers can check out the recipe for this dish here.

The final dish on the menu is Dalsot Bibimbap, a Korean vegan bibimbap served in a hot pot, paired with laver for customers opting for a non-meat option. Check out the recipe for this dish here. Before heading to Iceland, the cast members learned to prepare the three dishes from a professional chef. They also held a trial run for the final dishes before the opening day in Iceland.

Don’t forget to tune in to Jinny’s Kitchen Season 2 every Friday at 8:40 p.m. KST on tvN and later on Amazon Prime Video.
