Dwyane Wade Sends One-Word Message to Angel Reese in Emotional Post

Dwyane Wade is loving the impact that Angel Reese is having on the world of sports -- especially the young fans who look just like her.

The NBA legend took to social media to re-share a video of a group of young fans cheering for Reese.

"Seeing little Black girls absolutely lose their mind over Angel Reese," the original post read.

Wade re-shared the video, adding an emoji of a pair of hands praying alongside a black-colored heart.

"IMPACT," he wrote in the caption.

Wade, a part owner of the Sky, has become one of Reese's most vocal fans. He recently told The Associated Press that she and fellow rookie Caitlin Clark are a big asset to the WNBA and its fans.

"You have fan bases drawn to Caitlin Clark because of who she is and what she represents and you have fan bases drawn to Angel Reese because of who she is and what she represents which brings in more attention, more sellouts, more jersey sellouts," said Wade, who is also a part-owner of the Sky.

Wade's own daughter is one of the fans he referenced in Friday's post. Earlier this year, Kaavia James Union Wade met Reese and shared a hug, a moment that Wade posted on his Instagram story with an emotional message: "Seeing is believing. Thank you, [Angel Reese] for being a model for all our daughters."
