It’s not a phase: Jojo Siwa’s “Karma” era is here to stay. This week, the singer revealed that she got several tattoos over the last few months, including one of the now-infamous eye makeup she wore in her video for “Karma” and while promoting the track on red carpets.

“So I have a memory of karma for forever,” she wrote on her Instagram Story when asked by a fan about her tattoo. Later, the singer wrote, “[I’ve] got a lot more [tattoos] now.”

On her Story, Siwa also showed off a winged teddy bear tattoo, a “1031” tattoo, and a star tattoo on her hand. (It seems she now has at least six tattoos. She’s a bad girl like that.)

Siwa got that “1031” tattoo in 2023. She wrote on Snapchat : “The official meaning [of] 1031 is how many days my first concert tour lasted, but then ’03 is the year that I was born. Three is a significant number, but I can’t say why yet.”

Siwa has been embracing her unhingedness over the last several months after releasing “Karma” earlier this year, even taking swigs of a Tito’s Vodka bottle while performing at LA Pride and shots of Fireball while playing at New York City Pride.

Several days ago, during a performance at New York City Pride , Siwa was booed while opening for Trixie Mattel. “Who the living fuck just booed me?” Siwa screamed into the crowd. “Where the fuck did that come from? Which one of you?”

The new tattoo reveal comes just a few days before she’s set to release her Guilty Pleasure EP , which includes “Karma,” “Choose Ur Fighter,” “Balance Baby,” and “Yesterday’s Tomorrow’s Today.”

“They’ve been talking so much shit… but I don’t give a fuck. Choose your fighter, bitch!” she wrote on Instagram at the time.

Siwa has received fierce criticism for her jarring rebrand and antics. “It seems like relying on tepid shock and hate-watches could be more of a trap for her than any bow-tied high ponytail could have ever been,” Brittany Spanos wrote in a Rolling Stone commentary piece.
