Is there anything Paige DeSorbo can’t do? Not only is she Bravo’s resident fashionista and a Summer House fan favorite, but she also may be tapping into a new talent as an all-knowing psychic.

With Lindsay Hubbard announcing her surprise pregnancy , fans couldn’t help but remember the Summer House Season 8 finale scene in which DeSorbo accurately predicted that her co-star would be pregnant with her soulmate by now.

The scene was filmed almost an entire year ago when Hubbard sat down for some much-needed girl time shortly after her now ex-fiancé Carl Radke called off their wedding.

Co-stars DeSorbo, Danielle Olivera , Amanda Batula , Ciara Miller and Gabby Prescod rallied around Hubbard as she tearfully vented about her breakup, making for one of the most wholesome scenes in Summer House herstory.

“He did you a favor. Let him go,” DeSorbo advised, before adding, “In a year, you could be married with a baby with the love of your life. Let him go so that someone can come in.”

As DeSorbo foreshadowed, Hubbard is now dating an “incredible man” and gearing up to fulfill her lifelong dream of becoming a mom — all within a year of ending her tumultuous relationship with Radke. The OG Summer House star made the exciting announcement on Thursday night (July 4) — and, yes, it was a paid sponsorship with Clearblue because the woman knows how to get that bag!

“I truly believe the universe has a bigger plan and this is it!” Hubbard captioned the post , adding that her “#HubbCub” is due this holiday season.

With her previous prediction in mind, DeSorbo commented, “My manifestation even scared me….congratulations 💙💗.”

While Hubbard has yet to name her mystery boyfriend (and soon-to-be baby daddy), she revealed during the Season 8 reunion that they dated briefly three years ago before rekindling their romance this past January. Plus, she said he has never watched Summer House — which is probably a good thing.

“We have a very sweet, caring and loving relationship that I truly cherish,” she said, noting that she got “rid of any and all timelines” when it came to marriage and children.

“I’m really just enjoying my relationship as it naturally progresses and I’m not putting any pressure on next steps until it feels right for the both of us. I hope it eventually does lead to a serious future with him, but if it doesn’t, that’s okay too,” she said. “I’ve learned that the universe has its own plan for me so I’m just letting the universe guide where it wants me to go.”
