The Season 3 lineup confirmed Dorinda’s upcoming appearance on Peacock’s hottest competition series. However, NBCU never officially attached Lindsay to the third season. Instead, her Summer House costar Ciara Miller had the official spot.

But rumors suggest that Lindsay was meant to be the Summer House rep all along. Dorinda allegedly made sure that wouldn’t happen. This might all sound hard to believe if it wasn’t for Lindsay’s reaction to the rumors.

Lindsay calls Dorinda’s alleged actions “disappointing and sad”

On July 4, Bravo commentator @tasteof_reality made an Instagram post based on one of their stories. The headline read, “Dorinda Medley Allegedly Leaked Lindsay Hubbard’s Pregnancy.” Taste of Reality originally published the story on June 9, but likely reposted it due to Lindsay’s recent pregnancy announcement .

What’s crazy is that Lindsay seemingly confirmed the rumor was true. On the Instagram post, she commented, “This was awful! Super disappointing and sad.” Her language implies everything went down as the outlet claimed, in the headline at the very least.

In Taste of Reality’s full coverage, they cited two sources spreading rumors on the matter. The first wrote that Lindsay was “definitely pregnant” (Lindsay was denying these claims at the time). The source continued, “Allegedly, Dorinda literally snitched on her to producers and Lindsey got fired and replaced with Ciara.”

A second source said that another potential contestant, an unnamed Housewife, wasn’t allowed to compete due to pregnancy. As such, it would’ve been unfair to let Lindsay go ahead, on top of the strain that the physical challenges might cause to a pregnant woman.. Allegedly, both Page Six and People also have details on the story, but neither has released anything yet.
