Blue Bell bringing back two flavors after revival tournament

BREHNAM, Texas ( KETK ) – The results from Blue Bell’s Great Scoop Revival Flavor Tournament are in and they’re bringing back an extra scoop on top of the winning flavor.

Groom’s Cake Ice Cream won the tournament but Blue Bell said there was such an out pouring of community support for the runner up Cookie Cake that they’re bringing back both flavors in 2025.

According to Blue Bell, Groom’s Cake is a chocolate ice cream with pieces of chocolate cake and strawberry hearts coated in chocolate with swirls of strawberry sauce and chocolate icing.

Cookie Cake is a sweat cream ice cream with pieces of chocolate chip cookie cake pieces and chocolate and vanilla icing swirls.

The winner of the tournament was determined after the ice cream company totaled all the votes from their website and social media pages. Groom’s Cake beat out other flavors like Red Velvet Cake, Hot Fudge Brownie and Ginger Bread House.

Cookie Cake won it’s side of the bracket by beating out flavors like Tiramisu, Creole Cream Cheese, Key Lime Pie and Triple Chocolate.
