The rebuilding Nets are all about the future now, and they will sport their two most recent first-round picks on their summer league roster.

The Nets had no picks in this year’s draft, but 2023 first-rounders Noah Clowney and Dariq Whitehead will be with them in Las Vegas when the summertime slate kicks off July 12 against the Pacers.

The Nets will play five games in Sin City, four that already are scheduled and one to be determined based on their pool-play performance.

The team already has agreed to deal its second-leading scorer, Mikal Bridges, to the Knicks in a blockbuster trade that essentially will net Brooklyn five future first-rounders and one pick swap.

That trade officially can be announced Saturday once the league moratorium is lifted.

Breaking down the 2025 NBA Draft prospects now tantalizingly within the Nets’ reach

Clowney, the 21st overall selection last year out of Alabama, appeared in 23 games for the Nets as a rookie.

The 6-foot-9 forward averaged 5.8 points and 3.5 rebounds over 16.1 minutes, but he played more down the stretch with the Nets out of playoff contention.

In seven April contests, Clowney averaged 12.1 points and 6.3 boards over 29.3 minutes.

He posted the first double-double of his NBA career with a season-best 22 points and 10 rebounds in a win over the Pacers on April 3.

Whitehead, the 22nd overall pick in 2023 after one season at Duke, made only two appearances for the Nets as a rookie due to left shin surgery in January.

The 6-7 wing also played in 17 games for the team’s G-League affiliate on Long Island.

The rest of the 13-man Summer League roster for the Nets will be: Jalen Wilson, Keon Johnson, Zylan Cheatham, Tyrese Martin, David Muoka, Jacob Gilyard, Jaylen Martin, Mark Armstrong, KJ Jones II, Khalid Moore and Tevian Jones.
