Paige Bueckers Spotted At WNBA Game Wearing Fan Favorite’s Jersey

UConn Huskies women's basketball star Paige Bueckers has been on a WNBA tour recently. She made a couple of appearances in Washington, D.C., to see her former teammate, Aaliyah Edwards, play for the Mystics. Then, she was spotted up in her home state of Minnesota to watch Dorka Juhasz and the Lynx play.

On Friday night, Bueckers made her next WNBA appearance at the Seattle Storm vs. Chicago Sky game to watch her good friend Nika Muhl. Bueckers and Muhl played together for four years at Connecticut before Muhl departed for the 2024 WNBA Draft.

At the Storm-Sky game, Bueckers was seen wearing Muhl's Seattle jersey.

Bueckers will enter her last season with UConn in a few months. She fell short of a championship in 2023-24 with a Final Four loss to Caitlin Clark and the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Muhl was a second-round pick in the 2024 draft. She has struggled to see playing time and has yet to record her first professional point.

Bueckers is projected by many to be the No. 1 pick in the 2025 WNBA Draft. A lot of people predict she will be the first star on the new Golden State Valkyries team.
