News of public record: Guernsey County restaurant inspections

The following are restaurant inspections with critical violations, as conducted by the Guernsey County Health Department from June 24 to 28.

June 25

Bear's Den LLC, 13320 East Pike Road, Cambridge. Raw meat and eggs stored above ready-to-eat foods including raw beef ribs above cut French fries, raw eggs above sweet potatoes and brownies, and eggs above beef. Some foods were not date marked, including ribs, soups, pulled pork, and diced tomatoes.

June 27

Plus 1 Pizza, 10355 Pioneer Road, Byesville. A spray bottle of purple chemical solution stored near the three-compartment sink was not labeled with the common name of its contents.
