Who will control their own destiny when WWE heads to Canada for its Money in the Bank event on July 6? The event will air on Peacock in the U.S.

The Money in the Bank ladder match was created in 2005. At this event, there will be two ladder matches, one for the men and the other for the women. The only way to win is to climb a ladder and retrieve the briefcase above the ring. That briefcase has a contract that allows the user approximately one year to cash it in and challenge for whatever title they choose.

The men’s match will have Jey Uso vs. Carmelo Hayes vs. Andrade vs. Chad Gable vs. LA Knight vs. Drew McIntyre. The women’s match will see last year’s MITB winner Iyo Sky vs. Chelsea Green vs. Lyra Valkyria vs. Tiffany Stratton vs. Naomi vs. Zoey Stark.

Last year’s men’s match winner Damian Priest defends the World Heavyweight Title against the returning Seth “Freakin'" Rollins. Another title fight on the card is Sami Zayn defending the WWE Intercontinental Title against Bron Breakker.

Finally, Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens face the new Bloodline. Now led by Solo Sikoa, he teams with a combination of Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu. Will the new Bloodline stand tall after ridding themselves of Paul Heyman not long ago?

The Sporting News will provide results, highlights, and match grades from the event. Stay tuned!
