    Washington (DC News Now) — Changes to the Virginia Military Survivors and Dependents program have many military families in the commonwealth panicking, but it seems lawmakers have found a solution. The program proves tuition assistance to family members of military members and first responders who are killed or disable in the line of duty.

    Northern Virginia Reporter Hayley Milion joins Capitol Review this week on how lawmakers plan to ‘”fix” the program.
