Hawk Tuah Girl's grandmother breaks silence - and reveals one wish

Hawk Tuah Girl, whose real name is Haliey Welch, has posted a video on her Instagram account , introducing her friends to her hometown.

The sweet montage, set to Small Town Talk by Rvshvd, shows clips of the meme star doing her make-up in her bedroom and stroking horses's muzzles.

It also revealed her close relationship with Granny Janie , who Haliey appears to be devoted to.

Speaking publicly for the first time, Ganny Janie revealed her response to the viral meme, as well as her one wish when it comes to her granddaughter.

Granny Janie said: "I don't know how to feel, it's crazy. I never thought anything like this would happen. It's just too much to comprehend."

She hopes her granddaughter will stay near her for the rest of her life, stating: "I just want her to stay with me as long as I'm here."

Internet sensation Hawk Tuah Girl, also known as Haliey Welch, caught the public's eye after appearing in a street interview by Tim & Dee TV.

When asked "What's one move in bed that makes a man go crazy every time? " her cheeky reply sent her viral.

She said: "You gotta give 'em that 'hawk tuah' and spit on that thang," she declared.

Haliey recently had her first sit-down chat with Brianna Lapaglia for the Barstool Sports podcast Plan Bri. Interestingly, Lapaglia, who's dating country star Zach Bryan, snagged the interview at Bryan's gig.

She has been offered $600 to spit in a jar and send it over to an eager fan.
