Veggie Van set to return to Steuben County

STEUBEN COUNTY, N.Y. ( WETM ) — Steuben County’s mobile farm market is ready to bring fresh fruits and vegetables to different spots around the county.

The Cornell Cooperative Extension of Steuben County is bringing back the Veggie Van for its third year. The Veggie Van will sell locally-grown produce in several of Steuben County’s communities on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from July 9 through Oct. 1. The van will return to some of the same stops it did in previous years, but some of the previous stops have been replaced with new locations.

Everyone is welcome to shop at the Veggie Van. The van accepts cash, checks, credit, debit, EBT/SNAP Benefits, and Farmers’ Market Coupons from seniors and WIC recipients.
