Things are getting scary in the WWE, and it’s not by coincidence but rather by a high-level schematic and storytelling that simply can’t be denied. Given the masterpiece that is the debut/return of Uncle Howdy and the Wyatt Sicks (6), there emerged credible rumors the promotion was looking to bring back the “Bad Blood” premium live event in October.

This has now been confirmed as true by WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, along with superproducer Metro Boomin’, in a release that also reveals the location of the coming PLE.

Hint: It’s the city from which both Rhodes and Metro Boomin’ call home:

    Atlanta.

The only question now becomes will we see the rebirth of the infamous “Hell in the Cell” match.

Also, given the recent disrespect hurled toward Roman Reigns by Solo Sikoa, there's also the play on words here that could indicate literal bad blood (e.g., a Bloodline civil war) component.

LOOK: FULL INFO, TRACKER FOR MITB ON JULY 6.

It was nearly five years ago, in 2019, when Bray Wyatt took on Seth “Freaking” Rollins as The Fiend in a Hell in the Cell match for the WWE Universal Championship and, in 2015, Wyatt also faced Roman Reigns in a HITC clash.

That makes it impossible to fathom a Bad Blood premium live event that wouldn’t feature Uncle Howdy and The Wyatt Sicks (6), the faction long planned by Bray Wyatt himself.

If the PLE does re-emerge, this is how the remaining PLE schedule for WWE would map out, NXT notwithstanding:

    • July 6 : Money in the Bank
    • August 3 : SummerSlam
    • October 5 : Bad Blood
    • November 2 : Crown Jewel
    • Late November (TBD) : Survivor Series

From Kane to the Undertaker to Mick Foley, this is the very spirit of the event — which is why Hell in a Cell has nearly always been an October (read: Halloween) endeavor.

And with the resurgence of blood and the end of the "PG-13 Era", provoked largely by Rhodes, things could really become disturbing this Fall.

Bray Wyatt wouldn’t have it any other way.

And neither would the Wyatt Sicks (6).
