Handberg has announced that Marcelo Manuel Maysonet, a 24-year-old resident of Orlando, has pleaded guilty to possession of unregistered National Firearms Act (NFA) weapons, including a machinegun and 15 machinegun conversion devices. Maysonet faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal prison, with a sentencing date yet to be determined.
