An adaptation of Tong Hua’s novel series, The Book of Mountain and Sea , season 2 continues the story of Xiyan Cang Xuan ( Zhang Wanyi ). After many efforts, he now rules over the Kingdom of Xiyan. Meanwhile, Tushan Jing ( Deng Wei ) and Fangfeng Yi Yang are now married, and Xiao Yao ( Yang Zi ) is engaged to Chishui Feng Long. Their intertwined fates also greatly affect the fates of the great clans, the three kingdoms, and the entire land of Dahuang.

Xiao Yao decides to stop making poison for Xiang Liu ( Tan Jianci ) after her marriage. The drama will also explore how Xiao Yao learns to rely on herself.

This 23-episodic drama will be airing its episodes from Monday to Thursday on Tencent Video, WeTV, and Viki.

Interlaced Scenes

This thriller Chinese drama, featuring Ma Yili , Gao Zhiting , and Tong Dawei in the lead roles, premieres this week on July 11, 2024 . It explores the story of two detectives, Jiang Guangming (Ma Yili) and Shi Luo (Gao Zhiteng), as they encounter a strange incident while investigating a crime. The crime scene bears an uncanny resemblance to a scene described by novelist Gu Jiming (Tong Dawei) in his novel. As fiction and reality intertwine, they face layers of mysteries and puzzles.

The drama will release a total of 15 episodes and will be available to stream on iQIYI.

Meet You at the Blossom

This costume romance drama premieres this week on July 11, 2024 . As seen in the official trailer , it tells the story of Jin Xiao Bao ( Wang Yunkai ), the son of a wealthy and prominent figure in Jiangnan, who falls hopelessly in love with Huai En ( Li Le ) at first sight. The lady, who is cold and non-friendly, has a lot of enemies. One day, when he rescues Huai En, who is injured and infected by an aphrodisiac, her true identity is revealed. To Xiao Bao’s surprise, the beautiful lady turns out to be a man.

All 12 episodes of the mini-drama will be available to watch on iQIYI, Viki, WeTV, and Tencent Video.

The Princess Royal (Episode 24 – 38)

The costume C-drama The Princess Royal will be releasing a total of 15 episodes this week. It will continue to tell the story of Li Rong ( Zhao Jinmai ) and Pei Wen Xuan ( Zhang Linghe ) as they begin to grow fond of each other. The two were murdered in their past lives. They married at a young age to serve their own purposes. But conspirators forced them to grow distant. A miracle turns back time, and the couple wakes up on the day they got married.

The Princess Royal is available to stream throughout the week on Youku and Viki.
