Spirit Cast: South Korean Actor Ma Dong Seok to Join Prabhas’ Movie?

Pan-India star, Prabhas, is currently basking in the success of his latest movie Kalki 2898 AD. The actor starred in one of the most expensive Indian films of all time and is set to go on to work on his next. He will be seen playing a cop in director Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s upcoming movie, Spirit. While it is currently in the pre-production phase, the film is expected to be a hit. The latest report has claimed that it will be a pan-Asian movie with South Korean actor, Ma Dong Seok, joining the cast.

Spirit is a big-budget production by Vanga. His last venture, Animal, starring Ranbir Kapoor, was a commercial success despite receiving mixed reactions the viewers. Now, fans are eyeing his next project as it marks his first collaboration with Prabhas.

Is Ma Dong Seok joining Prabhas’ Spirit?

Ma Dong Seok is a popular South Korean actor who is known for his action films. He has starred in numerous movies and franchises, including Train To Busan, The Roundup, Champion, The Villagers, Badland Hunters, and more. Moreover, he made his Hollywood debut with the Marvel Cinematic Universe film, Eternals. The actor played the role of Gilgamesh in the instalment. After exploring various cinemas, he is reportedly joining the cast of Prabhas’ Spirit.

Per Kolly Corner’s X (formerly Twitter) handle, Ma Dong Seok will play a crucial role in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s movie. Moreover, he will allegedly be starring as the lead antagonist opposite Prabhas’ cop character. The publication also mentioned how the upcoming film will also be released in Korean and Chinese languages.

In an interview with Pinkvilla, Pranay Reddy Vanga revealed that Prabhas will be seen playing a cop role in Spirit. He added, “Prabhas sir is wearing a cop’s dress for the first time.
