College Factual, looked at 183 schools in the United States offering Associates, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral degrees in geological and earth sciences. UConn’s department offers a bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degree and ranked No. 16 overall for best geological and earth sciences degree. The master’s program was ranked No. 9, while the bachelor’s and doctoral degrees were ranked No. 19. The department was also ranked as the top university for a geological and earth sciences degree in New England.
