Since its recent theatrical release, Kill has generated significant buzz with positive reception from the audiences. Despite a slow start at the box office, the film’s collections have shown steady growth over time. This success has heightened anticipation among OTT enthusiasts eagerly awaiting the digital release date of Kill.
Recent reports have confirmed that a leading streaming platform has secured the rights to stream the film. This indicates that it will soon be available on OTT.
Directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, Kill premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 7, 2023, before hitting Indian theaters on July 5, 2024. It was also featured at the Tribeca Film Festival. The film stars Lakshya, Raghav Juyal, Ashish Vidyarthi, Harsh Chhaya, and Tanya Maniktala. Moreover, it has been produced under the joint banner of Dharma Productions and Sikhya Entertainment.
Kill follows the story of Amrit, a commando who boards a train and confronts a group of robbers who threaten and kill passengers. Amrit takes it upon himself to protect the innocent travelers and neutralize the assailants. This leads to an intense action and cinematic spectacle throughout the film. The film’s high levels of violence earned it an “A” certificate from the Central Board of Certification.
When will Kill Movie (2024) be released?
As Kill continues its theatrical run, fans eagerly await news of its OTT release date. Recent reports from 123telugu confirm that Disney Plus Hotstar has acquired the film’s streaming rights for a significant sum.
