Angela is from the U.S. and Michael is from Nigeria. They met online when he private messaged her on Facebook. Making their franchise debut on season 2 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days in 2018, their 22-year age gap and different cultural backgrounds have often led to clashes and misunderstandings, which of course makes for spicy watching.

Angela’s living situation also presents some challenges. One of her two daughters, Skyla, lives with her and Angela takes care of all six of her grandchildren. In February 2024, Michael briefly disappeared —he was supposed to be watching the grandkids while Angela went to the shops. He later told the police he was safe, but it appears he’s moved on with another family in Texas.
