    Road work coming up in Tioga County, Pa.

    TIOGA COUNTY, Pa. ( WETM ) – A pipe replacement project will close a portion of road in Tioga County, Pennsylvania, for a few days next week.

    According to PennDOT, the work will begin on Monday, July 15, at 7 a.m. and continue through Tuesday, July 16, at 7 p.m. During this time, Jackson Center Road will be closed between Bailey Creek Road on Route 1011 and Warner Road on Route 1018.

    Road closure set to begin in Sullivan Township

    From Wednesday, July 17, through Friday, July 19, Jackson Center Road will be closed during daylight hours only between Bailey Creek Road and Warner Road while the project is being completed. A detour will be in place for the duration of the project using Bailey Creek Road, Route 549 and Pony Hill Road on Route 1018.

    Drivers are reminded to be alert, drive with caution and expect travel delays when driving through road work areas. Conditions of major roadways can be viewed at any time on 511pa.com .
