    If you love Key lime pie and cheesecake as much as I do, you’re going to flip over this lime yogurt cheesecake recipe. It combines the very best of both desserts and it’s absolutely delicious! Best of all, it’s a no-bake breeze, so you can whip it up quick and let it chill, while you go on with your day. Later, when it’s time for dessert, you’ll savor every bite of this rich and creamy slice of heaven — trust me!

    This recipe starts with an easy graham cracker crust. The creamy lime-flavored filling gets its rich smoothness and tasty tang from Greek yogurt, our secret ingredient for creating the light and fluffy texture.     • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
    • 6 Tbs. butter, melted
    • 1 (.25 oz.) env. unflavored gelatin
    • 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, at room temp.
    • 1¼ cups sugar
    • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
    • ½ cup fresh lime juice
    • Whipped cream and lime slices

    Instructions

    Grease 8" springform pan. Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter; press into bottom of pan. Freeze 30 min. In microwave-safe bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 2 Tbs. cold water. Let stand about 2 min. Microwave in 15-sec. intervals until melted. On medium speed, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. On low, beat in yogurt and juice until just blended. Stir in gelatin mixture. Pour into pan; smooth top. Cover; chill until set, at least 4 hrs. Remove side of pan. Garnish with whipped cream and lime slices.
