Seagull appears to attack a Ferris wheel in quirky photo

A giant seagull has attacked a Ferris wheel - if you believe this quirky picture.

Michelle Duffy, 45, snapped the seabird at just the right time to make it look enormous.

The trick of perspective happened while Michelle was staying in Bundoran in the north of Ireland last month.

She explains: "I took it at the sea sessions weekend in Bundoran, the seagulls around there are cheeky and come very close.

"We were staying in an apartment overlooking the fun fair, and they loved swooping down to our balcony to see what food might be around for them.

"I find the seagulls fascinating and was happy watching them sailing by in the breeze.

"The big wheel was the perfect backdrop for them, I was really happy to get this fun photo."
