Frankie Grande Revealed His New Nose Job, And Ariana Grande Hopped Into The Comments

Frankie Grande got real candid about the process behind his recent nose job.

Two days ago, Frankie posted a surprise selfie revealing the immediate aftermath of the surgery, splint and all, captioned, "New nose. Who dis?"

Frankie's sister Ariana hopped into the comments to reply, "perfect in all ways, always !!!!"

And Ariana's Wicked costar chimed in to say, "That inbuilt eyeshadow is glorious."

Frankie continued the updates with a more-healed selfie, writing, "Took my new nose out to see New York. She loved The Wiz ."

As well as an Instagram story where he said, "Today I got the cast off my nose and it just blew up like a balloon. Which, apparently, is supposed to happen — but I'm freaking out a teeny bit. [...] I cannot wait, I'm so excited for the big reveal."
