Actors will often change their look for a new role and that’s just what daytime alum Jen Lilley has done! While soap fans know the actress best as a blonde from her time as Theresa on Days Of Our Lives and her stint as Maxie on General Hospital, she’s gone dark again!
“Ready to ‘role,’ she posted on Instagram, sharing a quick video of her standing in the window of J. Roberts Salon in Roanoke, VA. Set to “Ooo La La La La” by Rayelle, Lilly stands with her blonde hair in a short bob before tossing her head forward and coming back up with a lovely brunette shade with some added volume after a quick edit.
The text on Lilley’s video reads, “When you’re taking on a new role,” but the actress didn’t reveal anything about her new project… aside from the fact that her character is clearly a brunette! The only upcoming project on Lilley’s IMDb page is an episode of the upcoming series Revelation Road which is currently in post-production, so it’s not that.
Outside of daytime, Lilley has appeared in numerous Hallmark movies like A Dash of Love, Yes, I Do, and Mingle All the Way. In 2022, she signed a new deal with GAC Media and began starring in movies for Great American Family like Royally Wrapped for Christmas, B&B Merry, and Paris Christmas Waltz.
