Eddie Kingston’s career was at its pinnacle earlier this year thanks to Tony Khan recognizing his everyman babyface potential. Still, after he, unfortunately, broke his leg following a collision with the guardrail during the finish of his match with Gabe Kidd at NJPW Strong Resurgence, he is currently sidelined from the ring.

And while an exact timeline for his return remains unclear, it’s believed he won’t wrestle again until mid-2025. However, there is finally some positive news, as the 42-year-old has confirmed via Instagram he has undergone surgery, which appears to have been successful at this stage.
