Continuing the epic saga of power, intrigue and vengeance set in Ancient Rome, Lucius, who witnessed the death of the revered hero Maximus, is forced to enter the Colosseum. Washington plays Macrinus, a wealthy arms dealer who connects with Lucius.

At the ABFF Miami Denzel Washington Retrospective, the actor, who has been making films for more than 40 years, stated he doesn't watch his performances. In the case of this trailer, we think he should!

Gladiator II is in theaters on November 22, 2024.
