    NJBankers unveils FY 2024-25 officers, board members

    The New Jersey Bankers Association recently announced its new slate of officers and board members for fiscal year 2024-25.

    The appointments include:



    • Patrick Ryan, chair Founder, director, president and CEO, First Bank


    • Craig Montanaro, first vice chair President and CEO, Kearny Bank


    • Elizabeth Magennis, second vice chair President, ConnectOne Bank


    • Steven Klein, immediate former chair President and CEO, Northfield Bank




     

    “I’m very excited for the coming year as Chair of the New Jersey Bankers Association,” said Ryan. “This is an exciting and challenging time in our industry. NJBankers is in a great position to help member banks navigate these turbulent waters. And, more importantly, the Association can help drive meaningful change as we move forward.”


    New members serving on the board of directors include:



    • John Borelli Jr. President and CEO, Newfield National Bank


    • Matthew Carcich President and CEO, Freedom Bank


    • John DeSclafani Senior vice president/commercial banking lender, Wells Fargo Bank


    • Edward Dietzler President and CEO, The Bank of Princeton


    • Catherine Franzoni Senior executive vice president and chief operating officer, Manasquan Bank


    • Donald Mindia k President and CEO, First Commerce Bank


    • Michael Shriner President and CEO, BCB Bank




     

    “We have an amazing team of leaders at the Association,” said Ryan. “I’m proud to have this opportunity to do my small part to help the industry grow and prosper in the next year and beyond.”
