Signallamp Health merges with Texas healthcare technology company

Scranton-based Signallamp Health, a healthcare company specializing in remote chronic care management, and Accuhealth, a Texas-based a healthcare technology company, recently announced their merger.

The combined company will offer a full suite of high-quality remote care offerings to physician practices and health systems, including remote patient monitoring and chronic care management services. Its client base includes more than 300 organizations.

“For the past nine years, our focus has centered on delivering premier remote chronic care management services, enhancing patient engagement to improve patient outcomes and physician satisfaction,” Drew Kearney, Signallamp co-founder and CEO, said. “Joining forces with Accuhealth, we are thrilled to broaden our collective offerings, extending comprehensive remote patient management and chronic care management services to physician practices and health systems.”

The combined company will service customers from its existing locations in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Florida, and will serve physician offices and health systems in 48 states.

Sunstone Partners, an equity firm investing in artificial intelligence- and technology-enabled services and software companies, invested in the merger.
