Pat Sajak isn’t quite done with Wheel of Fortune .

Sajak, who retired from hosting the syndicated game show in June after 41 years, will take one more spin on ABC’s Celebrity Wheel of Fortune in the fall. The show is set to premiere Oct. 7 — episodes have not yet been taped, sources say — and will air on Mondays when ABC doesn’t have a Monday Night Football game. ( Ryan Seacrest will begin hosting the syndicated Wheel in the fall.)

The news about Sajak and Celebrity Wheel of Fortune was part of ABC’s announcement of its fall premiere schedule. The network will stagger its rollout, with a few shows — Dancing With the Stars , new drama High Potential and The Golden Bachelorette — debuting the week after the Emmys (which ABC will air on Sept. 15), and holding others, including Abbott Elementary , until October.

ABC’s other new drama for fall, the Ryan Murphy-produced, Joshua Jackson-led Doctor Odyssey , is set to premiere Sept. 26, sandwiched by 9-1-1 and Grey’s Anatomy (which will feature a healthy dose of its title star, Ellen Pompeo , in its 21st season).

The Golden Bachelorette , which will follow The Golden Bachelor’ s Joan Vassos as she looks for love, will premiere Sept. 18. It will have Wednesday night to itself for three weeks (likely along with repeats or other programming before Abbott Elementary and the docuseries Scamanda premiere on Oct. 9.

Press Your Luck will join Celebrity Wheel of Fortune on non- Monday Night Football weeks. ABC will air MNF games (a mix of simulcasts with ESPN and stand-alone games on doubleheader weeks) on Sept. 9, 23 and 30, Oct. 28 and Dec. 9, 16 and 30.

The Rookie, Will Trent and the final season of The Conners will premiere later in the season, along with unscripted shows American Idol, The Bachelor, Celebrity Jeopardy! and What Would You Do? , plus a new iteration of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition .

ABC’s fall premiere dates are below. All times are ET/PT unless noted. All of ABC’s nonsports shows stream the next day on Hulu; Dancing With the Stars will also simulcast on Disney+.
