Heather Dubrow Teases New RHOC and Shannon Beador’s Journey

Real Housewives of Orange County is back. If you ask Heather Dubrow about it, she’ll tell you that Season 18 is going to bring something new to the table and that Shannon Beador’s journey post-arrest will be a big part of this new season. But let’s be honest. Shannon in general will be a huge character this go ’round. I mean, her ex moved on with her new costar, returning RHOC alum Alexis Bellino , and clearly, her DUI is also still a big talking point.

Hopefully, Shannon’s lined her lemons up neatly in a bowl now. But as for her prior state of being, well, buckle up. Because RHOC Season 18 likely captured a lot of her drama in real-time. And this season airs in 3, 2, now.

Oh Heather, say more

During an interview with Extra, Heather gushed about the upcoming season of RHOC. “Each season brings something completely different. This season holds a lot. I mean, there’s a lot of drama. There’s a lot of laughs,” she began.

Heather also shared that “from a personal side,” she is “really excited about a lot of the work” that she’s “done with the LGBTQIA+ community ,” which we’ll all “get to see on the show this year.” However, “truth is stranger than fiction,” Heather added, noting that this season is “like no other.” Therefore, “it tracks” that this season is also a huge milestone for the franchise as a whole since it ushers in the 100th season of the Real Housewives series.

CliffsNotes: RHOC Season 18 will be dramatic, new, and a milestone maker of sorts.

As for the storylines within, Heather is “great” with Alexis’ appearances this season. However, Heather will be butting heads with Gina Kirschenheiter . But have no fears. Because now, Heather “love[s] Gina, we’re friends.”

And that brings us to “There’s the door, Shannon Beador.” Shannon is “doing really well,” Heather shared, further revealing that “We were just texting the other day. Our kids were just at a concert together and we were laughing about that.” Overall, “Shannon’s in a new chapter of her life and the audience is going to really be interested to see how that unfolds,” she ends.

Count me in. But count out nine more lemons for Shannon.
