LISBON, Ohio (WKBN) – Voters in Columbiana County will once again decide if they want a new tax for the park district.

For the third time, the board has approved a levy for the November ballot, but this time they’re asking for less money.

If voters say yes, the $10 million levy will generate $258,000 a year to help with covering maintenance costs, including the Little Beaver Creek Greenway Trail.

It will cost the owner of a house that’s valued at $100,000 a total of $3.50 per year. You can read the details of the request in today’s Morning Journal.
