In their most recent survey, Emisil.com revealed the top LGBTQ+ party spots for 2024. The study analyzed safety scores, LGBTQ+ friendliness, average drink price, average closing time, and the number of gay clubs and bars in each city. The company compiled the data using Numbeo, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and Equaldex.com. These metrics were then integrated into a composite score to highlight the best cities where the LGBTQ+ community can enjoy the night out.

Where To Have The Best LGBTQ+ Party

As far as LGBTQ+ parties in 2024 go, Madrid is where it’s at. With an astounding 73 gay bars and clubs, Madrid is well-known for its infectious and welcoming ambiance. Venues in this area remain open until 6 a.m., making for an unrivaled nightlife scene. Because of its outstanding support for LGBTQ+ equality and inclusion, the city scores 81 on the World Equality Index. At about $3.80 for an average drink, it’s the ideal hangout for budget-conscious revelers.

Copenhagen comes in at number two with an impressive 85 on the World Equality Index. More than twenty gay bars and nightclubs stay open until five in the morning throughout the city. Parties go on until 4 a.m., with the average drink costing $8. With a total score of 79, Berlin, Germany rounds out the top five spots for LGBTQ+ nights. Among the list’s European cities, this German city has some of the best LGBT bars and clubs, with over a hundred options and an average drink price of just $4.88.
