Paid Survey for Washingtonians with Disabilities: Win $50 Gift Cards

    2024-07-10

The Washington State Developmental Disabilities Council is partnering with the National Leadership Consortium to survey Washingtonians living with mental and behavioral disabilities, the Washington Department of Commerce reports.

This project is seeking adult Washingtonians with a developmental disability and mental or behavioral health support needs, according to the Council. Caregivers for such individuals are also sought, it reports further.

The paid survey will remain open until Friday, Aug. 9 and participants will be entered to win one of two $50 Virtual Amazon gift cards.

Interviews will be held between July 8 and Aug. 9 for eligible candidates, the Council reports. Each interview will receive a $20 Virtual Amazon gift card, according to the Council.

Washingtonians with co-occurring support needs and or their caregivers can participate in both the survey and the interview, it reports further.

Cory Gilden, Research and Evaluation Manager of the National Leadership Consortium, can be reached at cgilden@natleadership.org with any questions.
