Cricut owners are about to have another must try project on their hands after watching one woman use her vinyl cutting machine to make the ultimate bathroom decor.

This is actually such a smart idea, and it totally changes our idea of what is possible when it comes to creating bespoke designs or finding the perfect pattern for your wallpaper.

Now we just need to find a mat big enough to make all of our wall decal dreams come true!

We're actually shocked that we've never thought of @mahocoma_holly's idea, especially considering the fact that we've been eyeing up a way to get the perfect wallpaper design for our bathroom, which sees a lot of humidity thanks to the shower.

It seems like this wall decal would be the perfect way to solve that problem, since it's less likely to come up from being exposed to all that moisture. Not only that, but if it does start to have problems, thanks to the small size of the pieces, it would be easy enough to target those problem areas without having to completely redo whole sections of the wall.

Okay, so seriously, what do we need to do to get our hands on one of those giant mats?!

Wallpaper is definitely becoming more popular these days as so many people look for new and exciting ways to customize their homes, which have largely been painted in neutral shades of gray and greige over the recent years.

Not only does wallpaper help them add a pop of color, but it also helps to create a really cool customized look.

You don't need to own a Cricut to create your own personalized look. Take a peek at how this woman used a Sharpie and some painter's tape to make a beautiful design on her walls.

The cool effect is definitely eye catching, and if we hadn't watched the clip of her putting this up we never would've realized that this wasn't just some seriously well applied wallpaper at work.

Okay, now we have two really good ideas for alternatives to wallpaper for our bathroom!

Knowing how many different ways we can creatively work around our moisture issue with the bathroom gives us a lot of hope for updating the builder grade feel of the space.

Now all we have to do is pick and idea (and a color) and get started on our project so that we can cross this renovation off our to-do list for once and for all!

Inch by inch and life is a cinch.
