    Okanogan County shifts to full burn ban starting Friday

    OKANOGAN COUNTY, Wash. — Starting on Friday, Okanogan County will transition from a burn ban restriction to a full county wide burn ban.

    Okanogan County Emergency Management is prohibiting all outdoor burning, including campfires, on July 12 at 12:01 a.m.

    • No field, pile, rubbish, rule, slash, yard vegetation, or non-emergent agricultural burning on private lands within Okanogan County.
    • Campfires and recreational fires are not allowed.
