Vigo County has three representatives headed for the RNC

FARMERSBURG, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)– Vigo County will be well represented at the Republican National Convention.

Vigo County Republican Party Chair Randy Gentry, State Senator, Greg Goode, and former State Senator Jon Ford, are heading to the event next week. Gentry said it’s an opportunity to network with people around the country and witness the Republican nomination for president and vice president.

“For Vigo County, it says a lot for the local Republican Party to have three members of the 113 member delegation. That’s unheard of in Vigo County, so that’s unique.”

The republican national convention takes place July 15th through July 18 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
