Sourcewell recognized as top workplace by Star Tribune, USA Today

For the ninth year in a row, Sourcewell has been named a Top Workplace in Minnesota by the Star Tribune.

Adding to this achievement, Sourcewell has earned national recognition from the USA Today as a Top Workplace and received four Top Workplaces Culture of Excellence Awards for Work-Life Flexibility, Compensation and Benefits, Leadership, and Purpose and Values.

Each year, employers have an opportunity to be recognized as a top workplace based on results of an anonymous employee survey. Sponsored by Energage, the survey measures engagement, organizational health, and job satisfaction.

To qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Over 5,000 public, private, and nonprofit organizations were invited to participate, and 149,176 employees shared their views. The USA Today Top Workplace recognizes organizations nationwide with at least 150 employees that prioritize people-first cultures. More than 7,000 employers nationwide were invited to take the challenge, and 1,531 employers received recognition.

Sourcewell CEO Dr. Chad Coauette said this year’s recognition is a testament to Sourcewell’s continuous commitment to fostering a work environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to make a meaningful impact.
