Blake Lively reveals she ‘handmade’ her ‘It Ends With Us’ co-star’s floral jeans

She’s a jean DIY queen!
On Wednesday, Blake Lively took to Instagram to share photos from a surprise screening of her upcoming movie, “It Ends With Us,” which occurred in June and revealed some behind-the-scenes fashion insights.
The actress, 36, made sure to highlight everyone involved, adding photos with costars Isabela Ferrer and Brandon Sklenar as well as Colleen Hoover, who authored the book the movie is based on. However, she also took the opportunity to show off her DIY skills.
“If audiences had half the amount of fun we did, we’re gonna put theme parks outta business. 🤩” she wrote in the post, which included group shots of herself and her coworkers coordinating in embellished jeans — a nod to Lively’s character Lily Bloom and her career as a florist.
“In 20 years of doing this, I don’t think I’ve ever experienced anything quite like surprising 2500 fans with an early preview of @itendswithusmovie 🙏 to everyone who showed up in their floral jeans alongside us, including @brandonsklenar (jeans handmade by me & @isabela.ferrer 🌸🤩 🌸)”

In one photo, Lively can be seen ironing a floral patch onto Sklenar’s back pocket, while another shows her handiwork up close.
Sklenar, it appears, was happy to be rocking the custom-made bottoms, making sure to pose in a way that showed off the design.
Still, it wasn’t the only time Lively put her styling skills to the test that night. In the same caption, she shared that she also helped to pick Ferrer’s look, as the actress had no time to prep due to her traveling schedule.
“The highlight though was when I got to style sweet @isabela.ferrer in my clothes because she came straight from her job at a restaurant in Brooklyn to this mayhem bc @colleenhoover and I begged her to just hop on a plane,” Lively revealed.

For her own outfit, the “Gossip Girl” star opted for something a little more elaborate, choosing a pricey pair of denim from Valentino; The design, which included floral cutouts throughout that gave a peek at her legs, retails for a whopping $19,000 .
She recently kept the theme going, making an appearance at Book Bonanza 2024 wearing a floral embellished Balmain dress , which featured sheer sleeves and showcased her black bra.
While “It Ends With Us” won’t hit theaters until August 9, we’re sure the mom of four has plenty more looks up her sleeve.
