WCRAS said in a release it wants to “invite everyone to come down to the shelter, dance it out, and find their perfect furry friend!”

The shelter is open daily from noon to 6 p.m. at 1855 SE Inner Loop in Georgetown, Texas.

“We’re excited to bring a bit of fun and energy to the adoption process with our ‘Hot To Go’ video,” said Misty Valenta, animal service director. “Our goal is to show just how rewarding and joyful adopting a pet can be. We hope this video inspires people to visit us and take advantage of our free adoptions this week.”

Chappell Roan is a pop singer who has risen in fame over the last few months, and several of her songs have trended on social media, including “HOT TO GO!” According to TIME Magazine, her debut album, The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess , hit No. 1 on the U.S. iTunes chart in June, beating out Taylor Swift and Billie Eilish.

“HOT TO GO!”, a single from the album, has been on Billboard’s Hot 100 for five weeks. The song has a choreographed dance that many people have taken to social media to post their performances in their living rooms or various other settings, and, in this case, at the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter.
