Walnut Creek Gott's Releases Special Menu Items, But They Go Away Soon

Walnut Creek, CA — Gott’s Roadside, a beloved Northern California restaurant known for its modern take on American classics, is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a series of special menu items.

For the month of July, Walnut Creek’s Gott’s (and others around the Bay Area) will feature unique dishes available for a limited time from July 1 through July 31.

To commemorate this milestone, Gott’s is introducing a seasonal menu that highlights locally sourced ingredients in creative ways.

The special offerings include a Wild Coho Salmon Sandwich, Wild Coho Salmon Nicoise Salad, Grilled Street Corn, Watermelon Wedges with feta and mint, and a refreshing Blueberry Shake.

July Special Menu Highlights:

• Wild Coho Salmon Sandwich: This sandwich features Wild Coho salmon topped with crispy bacon, balsamic onions, arugula, and lemon mayo, all served on a butter-toasted sesame brioche bun.
• Wild Coho Salmon Nicoise Salad: A hearty salad with Wild Coho salmon, red leaf and romaine lettuces, green beans, potatoes, tomatoes, olives, hard-boiled egg, fried capers, parsley, and dill, dressed with a lemon-Dijon vinaigrette.
• Grilled Street Corn: Sweet California-grown corn grilled and topped with mayo, Cotija cheese, Asado seasoning, and lime.
• Watermelon Wedges: Sliced watermelon topped with mint, feta cheese, Maldon sea salt, and California extra-virgin olive oil. This dish has limited availability.
• Blueberry Shake: Made with organic vanilla ice cream hand-spun with blueberry purée and organic milk, topped with whipped cream.

Gott’s Roadside has built a reputation for its high-quality, craveable menu that goes beyond burgers to include sandwiches, salads, tacos, fries, and organic shakes. The restaurant is also recognized for its exceptional beer and wine list and its welcoming, casual picnic setting. These special menu items are part of Gott’s year-long celebration, which will introduce new items each month throughout 2024.
