The size of the dog does not matter. Whether you've got a giant breed or the tiniest teacup Chihuahua in the world, they're going to be sassy, and they're going to love you. All dogs always want to spend as much time as possible with their humans, and when we're not around, they're upset.

It doesn't matter where you go, either. Out of eyesight is far enough for them. One mom learned this the hard way on Tuesday, July 9th, when she came back in from the garage to her Bullmastiff crying just like a human:

Literally went to the garage, pulled out my rollerblades and came back in 😭😭😭 #sadboy #dogsoftiktok #howl #sosad #myboy #mylove #fypage

Life With Henry must not be easy. What's next, he's going to start crying for dinner?!

Henry may just be the saddest boy who has ever lived. He loves his mom, and he hates being apart; his antics have caused him to go viral several times before. In his most viral video before this one, he was going crazy because mom was feeding him kibble one piece at a time...

That incident doesn't seem to have soured his love for her, though; she spent maybe 5 minutes in the garage getting out her rollerblades, and he was a blubbering mess! If you listen to him, you can hear him crying out "mama," I swear! Several commenters had said the same thing. Henry turns into a human when he's upset! How crazy is that?!

How to Get Dogs to Stop Crying

I have three dogs: one who barks a lot, one who's a gorgeous, quiet girl, and a third who literally cried nonstop for a long time. Before we managed to get a handle on it, it was quite possibly the most infuriating thing any of us had ever encountered.

There are three potential reasons your dog might be crying nonstop : boredom, anxiety, or pain. 9/10 times, one of those is the answer. Luckily, there are some easy ways to figure out which is the problem:

    1. A bored dog will stop crying when you give them something to do or some attention.
    2. An anxious dog will stop crying when you're back in sight , and they'll be completely fine when you're sitting down with them.
    3. A dog that's in pain will cry through everything and may be favoring limbs or unwilling to let you touch certain body parts.

If your dog is bored, you should take a step back and look at what you're doing to help them stay busy. Even "lazy" breeds like Bullmastiffs need enrichment to thrive! Your vet can give you a better idea of how to deal with anxiety , and they can definitely help identify and relieve whatever pain they might be feeling. Henry's diagnosis is clear: Big Baby Disease. There is no cure. Good luck, mom!
