Kim Kardashian Finally Addresses Mysterious Finger Injury: 'More Painful Than Childbirth'

Kim Kardashian is finally offering fans some insight on what happened to her finger after sustaining a gruesome injury on her left hand.

Earlier this year, fans were puzzled when the SKIMS founder stepped out with some of her strangest accessories yet: giant finger bandages. Kim, 43, was spotted on more than one occasion throughout February and March with two of the fingers on her left hand wrapped in bandages, leaving fans concerned over what might have happened.

At the time, fans were left in the dark about what caused the finger injury, but now viewers of her family's reality series are finally getting the inside scoop—and a visual—of what was going on beneath the bulky bandages.

In a preview for the next episode of Hulu's The Kardashians , Kim was seen visiting her doctor to get a checkup on the wound. The splint on her middle finger was removed to show a bloody stump, while her ring finger also appeared to have been injured at the tip.

“Oh, it looks great,” the doctor said in the clip, while Kim replied, "You think that looks great?"

Later in her confessional, the American Horror Story actress explained, "The, like, tip broke off," while an X-ray of her left hand was shown on the screen.

She even called the injury on her hand "more painful than childbirth."

Kim still didn't even reveal any information about how the injury happened, though we know from a March Instagram Reel that it was accidentally self-inflicted.

"I hurt myself, guys," she said at the time, while quipping, "I sacrificed my fingers for beauty."

Hopefully, fans will learn more next week when a new episode of The Kardashians airs on Hulu Thursday, July 18.
