Any vintage IKEA find is a win in our books. The iconic Swedish chain has released hundreds of incredible designs over the years but not all of them are still for sale! Thus, IKEA lovers are destined to search out secondhand stores and online marketplaces to find their favorite pieces. And sometimes, like in this couple's instance, it totally worked out!

Some IKEA fans have had to wait months to find their dream piece, like Brad Cannings when he searched out a beloved IKEA shelving unit for over a year. Some others just have luck! Watch below to see this lucky couple stumble upon vintage shelves in their local thrift store. When will it be our turn?

TikTok creator Tristan Sacrev ( @tristansacrey ) is quite possibly the biggest fan of Scooby Doo in the world. He has an entire room in his home dedicated to the classic series and he searches out any Scooby Doo-related merchandise that he can, bringing his 45,000 followers along with him for the journey.

The last time that Tristan and his partner were at their local Goodwill, they stumbled onto one of the great thrift discoveries of their lifetimes. Sitting right on top of a clothing rack were three brightly colored objects. These L-shaped floating shelves weren't just any random products; they were three of the original IKEA MAMMUT shelves.

    What is IKEA's MAMMUT Series?

IKEA's MAMMUT collection was launched in the 1994 catalogue and was immediately a huge hit. The series consists of brightly colored children's furniture, from tables and chairs to shelves like Tristan found. While most of the MAMMUT series is still available today, the L-shaped shelves are sadly no longer in production. While they can be found secondhand or on online marketplaces, they are usually priced pretty high given their exclusivity.

But Tristan happened upon not one but three of these iconic shelves, two green and one red. Obviously they were going home with him! And who better to take these brightly colored pieces than someone who is obsessed with Scooby Doo?

Given the bright colors of his Scooby Doo room, Tristan knew these would fit perfectly with the rest of his decor. He spray painted the red one a light blue to match his color scheme decided to hang them all up on the entrance wall. This way, they're the first thing people see when they walk in and they can perfectly hold his vintage Scooby Doo VHS tapes. This was the perfect match!
