As the O.G. of all of The Real Housewives franchises, The Real Housewives of Orange County set the standard for every edition of the Bravo series that followed. And boy, did it ever: the California-set reality show is packed with palatial homes, designer fashions and luxurious lifestyles. But out of the show’s current Season 18 cast—which includes long-tenured personalities like Tamra Judge , Heather Dubrow and Shannon Storms Beador , as well as newer faces like Jennifer Pedranti and Katie Ginella —who has the biggest net worth?

Heather Dubrow’s Net Worth: $70 million

Though she has appeared in eight seasons of The Real Housewives of Orange County since 2012, Heather Dubrow’s television career stretches even further back. Then known as Heather Paige Kent, the actress-producer appeared in numerous TV series and movies throughout the ’90s and early 2000s, including sitcoms like Jenny , Stark Raving Mad and That’s Life , in which she played the lead character Lydia DeLucca for two seasons. Even during her time on RHOC , Dubrow has popped up for guest appearances in popular shows like TV Land’s Hot in Cleveland and CBS’ Hawaii Five-O reboot.

However, it’s not only Heather’s television career that contributes to the reality star’s hefty $70 million net worth . Her husband, plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow , is famous in his own right for the E! reality series Botched and its spinoff Botched by Nature . Together, Heather and Terry fittingly co-founded a skincare line called Consult Beaute and a supplement range dubbed Consult Health, all of which add up to a reportedly $70 million net worth.

Shannon Storms Beador’s Net Worth: $20 million

Given the considerable legal troubles that Shannon Storms Beador found herself in ahead of RHOC ’s Season 18—the 60-year-old Bravo star was arrested for a DUI hit-and-run in September 2023, to which she was sentenced to probation and community service—it’s a good thing she had quite the bank account to pay those attorney fees.

According to Celebrity Net Worth , Shannon’s fortune is estimated at a very respectable $20 million, which largely comes from her Real Housewives salary (according to documents obtained by RadarOnline , she was bringing in $583,000 during Season 13) as well as her divorce from her ex-husband, David Beador , who owns a successful construction company. Beador has successful companies of her own, too, including her health and wellness brand Real for Real.

Tamra Judge’s Net Worth: $3 million

Second only to Vicki Gunvalson —who will be appearing in a guest capacity this season—Tamra Judge is the longest-serving cast member in RHOC history, having joined the program in Season 3. (She took a hiatus after Season 14 but returned to the program four years later.) Given her Housewives tenure, it’s not surprising that Judge rakes in a hefty per-season salary, with some sources claiming she makes $900,000 per season . However, according to Celebrity Net Worth , Judge only earns $325,000 per season with a total net worth of just $3 million. The truth is probably somewhere in between.

Recently, Tamra has also starred in the second season of The Real Housewives spin-off series Ultimate Girls Trip , as well as Season 2 of the popular Peacock competition The Traitors .

Outside of her busy reality TV career, the 56-year-old entrepreneur co-owned the gym C.U.T. Fitness in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif. alongside her husband Eddie Judge . Though that company shuttered in 2022 due to financial troubles, the couple still owns Vena CBD, a wellness company that sells products for both people and pets. And Judge also announced in August 2020 that she was reviving her old real-estate career and working for the luxury real estate agency Agent Inc.

Jennifer Pedranti’s Net Worth: $2 million

Aside from Season 18 newcomer Katie Ginella, Jennifer Pedranti is the most recent addition to The Real Housewives of Orange County cast, having joined the series last season alongside returning RHOC star Tamra Judge. And like Tamra, Jennifer is a fellow fitness entrepreneur: the 47-year-old Oklahoma native co-owns Devi Rebel Yoga, a yoga and wellness studio in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., that offers traditional Bikram yoga and vinyasa power flow as well as Reiki healing and holistic health coaching.

Despite the success of her yoga business, Pedranti recently revealed during her pricey divorce proceedings with ex William Pedranti that she had to borrow money from her boyfriend Ryan Boyajian to cover her monthly expenses. According to documents obtained by RadarOnline , the reality star listed her average monthly income as $1,166.66, though that figure reportedly did not include any profits she earned from her yoga studio. It seems like the $2 million reported net worth might be a bit high given more recent financial difficulties.

Gina Kirschenheiter’s Net Worth: $1 million

Though she is best known for starring on The Real Housewives of Orange County —she first joined the program in Season 13 and has appeared in every installment since—Gina Kirschenheiter has several other careers to her name. During Season 16, the 40-year-old New York native launched her skincare line, CaraGala, and in Season 17, RHOC viewers saw her become a licensed real estate agent.

In an April 2024 interview with BravoTV.com , Gina shared how “amazing” her Realtor gig has been going so far: "This year, you know, we're still in the first quarter here and I closed four deals and my highest so far closed was $1.68 million for a beautiful home in Baker Ranch." All this adds up to a reported millionaire status .

Emily Simpson’s Net Worth: $900,000-$2 million

After appearing as a guest during Orange County’s tenth season, Emily Simpson became a full-time cast member alongside Gina Kirschenheiter in Season 13 and remains one to this day. Though Emily's salary as a Bravo-lebrity hasn’t been made public, numerous outlets estimate that she makes about $20,000 per episode.

Along with her role as a reality TV star, the 48-year-old is also an attorney specializing in copyright law, a high-paying profession that instantly differentiated Simpson from the usual Housewives personality. "A lot of women don't have to work," Emily said in the show’s Season 13 trailer. "When I throw the attorney thing in there, it's like, 'No, girl, I'm not your typical housewife.'"

While some sources report Simpson's net worth in the high six digits, it's likely that she's worth more now that she's a reality TV star in addition to being a lawyer.

    Katie Ginella’s Net Worth: N/A

The newest face in the Orange County bunch, Katie Ginella will make her Housewives debut when RHOC Season 18 premieres on July 11. A friend of Gina Kirschenheiter, Ginella is a former golf reporter and is the founder of TeeShots, a flavored RTS (aka “Ready-to-Shoot”) beverage “made by golfers, for golfers."

Her hubby is a fellow golf enthusiast: She is married to Matt Ginella , Golf Advisor 's Editor-at-Large and host of the Golf Advisor Round Trip travel series on Golf Channel. Katie is so new to The Real Housewives world that we don’t yet have intel on her estimated net worth, but will definitely keep you updated as we get further insights into her luxe lifestyle when Season 18 drops.

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 18 premieres Thursday, July 11 at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
