    Former Gorilla Quentin Hardrict Jr Signs Pro Contract in Hungary

    PITTSBURG, KS — Former Pitt State Gorilla Quentin Hardrict Jr has had a lot of success playing basketball professionally overseas and will now be heading to a new team this season.

    His sports agency Phenom Sports Services announced Hardrict was signed with Honved of the Hungarian Professional Basketball Club which is based out of Budapest, Hungary.

    Honved is the most successful team in the Hungarian National Basketball League.

    This past season, Hardrict played with Iverioni who are in the country of Georgia.

    He had a really solid season. In 23 games, he averaged 20.5 points per game, while also averaging 5.3 assists and 2.7 rebounds per game, including a season high of 33 points.

    In 14 of their game, he scored 20 or more points.

    Hardrict was multiple All-MIAA performer for the Gorillas spending three seasons with them he averaged 13 points a game in his senior year with Pitt State.

    Out of the 28 games in Hardrict’s senior year with the Gorillas, he scored in double digits in 21 of them.
